Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented sales officer to oversee our sales team and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming and Greeting customers with politeness and humbleness.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Maintain Visual Merchandising standards of the company in our Showrooms.
Keep up to date with product information.
Accurately describe, recommend and display the product features and benefits to our valued clients.
Check and verify the closing stock of the previous day.
Check the status of orders, delivery, and requirement of raw materials.
Tally Store details with the details provided by the Accounts Department.
Reconciliation of errors in Stocks (if any) till next working day.
Handling store keys, doors, drawers and handovers.
Reporting to supervisor and accounts department.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Required Age:More than 18 years

Other Specification

Must have +2 or equivalent completed from a recognized university.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude.
Basic knowledge of Office Applications and Gmail.
Proactive and Charming personality.

Preferences:

Preference will be given to people who have previously worked as front desk sales or relevant positions.
Priority will be given to female applicants.
