Job Description

Responsible for: Sales and Marketing Manager

Primary Purpose:

To provide support to the sales and reservation team with the motive to drive the company forward by achieving sales targets

Expectations:

Provide administrative and customer support for assigned sales managers
Organizational skill is a critical element in this role as there is a large requirement to manage the administrative function for the sales team
Organizing sales calls for the sales team responsible for specific markets
Follow up with clients post sales calls
Issuing of sales contracts and rates
Maintain client information and rates
Prepare quarterly and annual sales reports
General administration relating to the sales team
Handle Direct enquiries
Support to individual members of the sales team when needed
Support the reservations team with resolving trade related queries on bookings
Go on sales calls when required\
