Job Description

Managing the showroom floor, assisting customers with their product inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves demonstrating products, handling sales transactions, and maintaining the showroom’s appearance.

Department: Sales
Reporting to: Showroom Incharge

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Job Tasks:

  • Distribute internal and external correspondence and packages.
  • Ensure the storeroom and showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Assist staff with minor administrative tasks if requested.
  • Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products when ground staff are busy.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to the customers when ground staff are busy.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Write up orders of the client.
  • Negotiate prices and lock the final price.
  • Take payments such as cash, credit, or check.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Tell customers why product is better than competitors.

Customer Service:

  • Represent “B2B Hospitality” in a positive, professional and courteous manner to customers.
  • Ensure the provision of service standards that develop and encourage repeat business.
  • Respond to client queries and concerns
  • Provide detail information to client about the product.
  • Uphold the excellent grooming and presentation standards of “B2B Hospitality”
