Job Description

Mero Storage is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to join our team in Kathmandu. This role requires a self-motivated individual to spearhead revenue generation efforts across B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and listing storage spaces, acquiring customers, and optimizing occupancy to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets from both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to drive continuous business growth.

2. Market Research and Listing:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify available storage m spaces in the assigned region.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of available spaces, including accurate pricing and availability  details.

3. Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including freight forwarders, distribution companies, brokers, and other B2B entities.
  • Present and promote Mero storage solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximize space utilization.

4. Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

5. Networking and Partnerships:

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to forge new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and community organizations to identify potential clients.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate potential risks.

 7. Marketing and Promotion:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop region-specific promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools to expand reach and generate leads.

8. Customer Service:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client issues promptly.

9. Vendor Development:

  • Develop and onboard movers, packers, and last-mile vendors in alignment with company guidelines.
