Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and confident female professional to join our team as a Sales and Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth through B2B sales, cold calling, handling inquiries, and managing general operations. This role will also involve setting up and attending sales meetings to build strong relationships with our partners and clients.

Industry: Adventure Insurance / Travel & Rescue Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach & Cold Calling:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential B2B partners to introduce and promote our services.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on warm leads and maintain an active pipeline of prospects.

Emails & Follow-ups:

  • Draft professional emails for B2B communication, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain timely and consistent communication to nurture leads and build strong client relationships.

Client Handling:

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, addressing client needs and providing solutions promptly.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure exceptional service.

Sales Meetings & Operations:

  • Schedule, set up, and attend sales meetings with clients.
  • Present and pitch our services clearly and confidently to potential partners.
  • Support general business operations, including documentation, reporting, and internal coordination.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Understand client needs and align them with our company’s services to drive sales growth.
