Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Sales and Operation Manager to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, and to provide smooth leadership for the operation of the organization. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and making important policy and strategic decisions.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

• Identify, assemble, and analyze key metrics to gain real-time visibility into sales performance
• Drafting a strategic sales roadmap across customer segments and ensuring it is aligned with our company goal
• Clear insights on product performance and capability to recognize potential sale improvement areas
• Partnering with the team to drive revenue and ensure growth milestones to consistently meet excellence
• Responsible for growing the overall business of the designated sales area
• Maintaining constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
• Daily reporting of the performance and order management.
• Monitoring the performance of the team by setting particular objectives.
• Ensuring operational activities are on track and within a defined budget
• Managing forecasts to ensure proper processes are being followed for inventory/material planning in advance.

Experience and Education

• Minimum 2 years experience in the sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Management
• A Master’s degree will be preferred
