Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales and Marketing employee to determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.

The employee should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times and be able to continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals.

Recommending improvements to current sales strategies, informing potential and existing customers of company promotions, as well as preparing accurate sales and expense reports.
Visiting the designated market to collect sales orders.
Meeting the sales target assigned by the manager on monthly and annual basis.
Getting feedback from the customers regarding the quality of the product to help maintain good quality sales.
Preparing Sales/Collection report and submitting to the sales manager as and when required.
Keep information of industry trends, competition and new opportunities to help management set sales price, various schemes and sales & collection targets.
Payment collection from customers on daily basis and making sure it is not delayed

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Bachelor level completed in related field
1-2 years of experience in sales of products/services
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage time and multitasking ability

Knowledge of MS Office package
Candidate must have own vehicle and valid driving license
