Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential B2B partners (consultancies, coaching centres, institutes).
Build and maintain a sales pipeline via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
Schedule and deliver engaging product demos tailored to business needs.
Negotiate deals, close partnerships, and onboard new B2B clients to the Learniiz platform.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
Provide feedback to the product team to help improve features based on client input.
Meet weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Represent Learniiz in education expos, webinars, or regional business events (optional).
Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit reports regularly.

Requirements

Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or channel sales – preferably in EdTech or education sector.
Strong communication and presentation skills (English fluency required).
Proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a remote team.
Familiarity with CRMs, email marketing tools, and social selling (LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
Bonus: Existing network in the education or consultancy industry (Nepal, India, or Australia).
