  • Excellent communication with interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Comfortable with scheduling meetings, networking, attending meetings, chasing targets, and demonstrating our platform and services
  • Ability to conduct meetings, presentations with the clients, handling pressure and rejections
  • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision being customer focused
  • Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent working experience as a sales representative will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding and knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

Note:

  • Work time will be from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm


Job Description

  • Contact potential clients (large businesses) and SMEs through cold calls, emails and set up meetings with stakeholders in a favored and structured way( often during face-to-face meetings)
  • Present and demonstrate our platform to potential customers and nurture relationship with the goal of booking orders
  • Search and identify potential clients in the area/zone/industry of responsibility and generate leads and strengthen the sales funnel
  • Build long term trusting relationships and realizing up- and cross-selling among existing customers
  • Complete appropriate research on the prospective client's businesses and their needs
  • Monitor progress of new service deployment and client change
  • Discuss and understand new requests from active customers, give feedback to service managers and give solutions to customers
  • Work closely with sales director in achieving zonal targets and KPIs
  • Representing the company at events, trade shows and demonstrations
