We invite motivated, dynamic, and field-oriented professionals to join us as Sales and Marketing Officer / Executive.

Key Responsibilities

Identify prospective clients within assigned territories and prepare lead lists with strategic outreach plans.
Contact municipalities, government offices, hospitals, health facilities, pharmacies, laboratories, clinics, schools, law firms, businesses, and other target organizations
Conduct client outreach through phone calls, meetings, and systematic follow-ups while maintaining accurate records.
Arrange and deliver professional online and on-site software demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
Conduct field visits, institutional meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for decision-makers and end users
Clearly explain product features, pricing, implementation scope, service terms, and expected business benefits.
Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, meeting reports, visit reports, training records, and other sales documentation.
Coordinate client onboarding, implementation schedules, data collection, and user training with the technical team.
Provide first-level client support and coordinate timely issue resolution with the implementation, support, and development teams.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for renewals, upgrades, cross-selling, and referrals.
Maintain accurate daily records of calls, follow-ups, visits, demonstrations, proposals, conversions, and pending activities in the company's reporting system.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets while maintaining professionalism, integrity, and ethical sales practices

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized institution
2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Previous experience in IT sales, institutional sales, government coordination, ERP solutions, or field marketing is an added advantage
Laptop and two-wheeler are mandatory.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned district, province, and other locations across Nepal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, online meeting platforms, and basic reporting tools.
Ability to quickly understand software products and communicate their value effectively.
Capable and enthusiastic fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
