We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Mall located at Chitwan , Bharatpur. 

• Identify and engage potential tenants and brands for leasing opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to understand their needs and improve mall sales performance.
• Negotiate rental agreements, sponsorships, and promotional deals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors' strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, leasing forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events to drive foot traffic.
• Develop marketing strategies, including social media, print, and digital advertising.
• Manage the mall’s website, social media accounts, and other digital platforms.

Location: Bharatpur, Chitwan

Eligibility: 2 years' experience in Sales and Marketing of Service Sector.
