Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team and drive the growth of our brand and product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles, proficiency in social media management, and the ability to engage meaningfully with both B2C and B2B audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing content calendars and campaign strategies
  • Build, manage, and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.)
  • Create engaging content to promote company products, services, and benefits
  • Monitor and respond to user interactions, including comments, messages, and community engagement
  • Engage with relevant LinkedIn groups, communities, and potential B2B clients
  • Analyze performance data and adapt marketing strategies to improve reach and engagement
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Contribute creative ideas for brand visibility, lead generation, and customer retention
