Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of Sales and Marketing Officer at Nepal Jutta Factory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing marketing strategies for our products. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Develop and set strategic sales plan to achieve the revenue target as assigned.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and expand the distributor and sales network in the targeted area.
Coordinate with production and the dispatch team to ensure smooth supply of products to clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure payment is in the timeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market activities, and analyze sales data to forecast market trends.
Any other jobs assigned from time to time by the higher management.
