Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Initiate and implement market identification and survey programs.
Draft and develop sales and marketing strategies.
Should submit sales and marketing report to management on regular basis.
Ensure that customer problem clients’ complaints and queries are effectively resolved on time
Address to clients’ issue regarding the devices
Planning and budgeting of overall units’ for entire fiscal year
Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products.
Co-ordinate with other departments for smooth operation of sales functions.
Take responsibilities for departmental performance and plan accordingly.
Analyze, Create and establish our product in Nepalese Market.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor Degree. MBA/Technical education are preferred.
1-2 years of professional experience working with sales and marketing of any field. Sales and Marketing of household appliance/water purifier will be highly preferred.
Fresher can also apply if they are keen to pursue their career in sales and marketing field.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with good initiative nature and decision making ability.
Candidates should be flexible for the time and good at multitasking.
Ability to execute complex tasks while addressing daily management details and focus on long-term deadlines, targets and strategies
Candidate should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Google spreadsheets.
