Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed organizational sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and converting them into long-term customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high client retention.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates and reports to the Business Development Manager.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Align marketing strategies with sales objectives in close cooperation with the business development team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand professional networks.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales and marketing activities, detailing key performance indicators and outcomes.
