Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Representative will identify and engage potential clients, build relationships, and offer value-driven demonstrations of our software product. This role demands excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasive skills to achieve sales targets and and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and increase brand awareness for our business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote software products and services.
  • Provide follow-up support to current clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare sales reports and document insights on customer needs and feedback
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
  • Provide administrative support 
  • On-boarding new Clients 
  • Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends
  • Support in preparing and delivering product presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Organise and participate in industry events, and trade shows.
