Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Officer at Genesis Institute of Hospitality will be responsible for promoting our educational programs and driving student enrollment. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, engage with prospective students, and enhance the institute's visibility in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote courses and products.
Engage with potential clients through direct outreach, campus tours, and informational sessions to drive enrollment.
Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and community organizations to create awareness about our programs.
Maintain and enhance the organization’s brand image through consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the sector.
Organize promotional events, open houses, and workshops to showcase our facilities and programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics and sales data; prepare regular reports for management review.
Collaborate with external agencies for advertising and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales or marketing within the education or hospitality sector is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
