As a Sales and Marketing Officer at Aayulogic
Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying,
attracting, and retaining clients for our HRMS software solutions. You will work
closely with the product development, technical, and customer support teams to
ensure our products meet the needs of the market. Your goal is to execute
effective sales strategies, manage client relationships, and enhance brand
visibility.
Key
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and target potential clients in various
industries that require HRMS solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
to showcase the value of the HRMS software.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through direct
outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to
closing deals.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to match
their HR and payroll challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate
leads and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create
compelling content, such as brochures, presentations, blog posts, case
studies, and social media posts.
- Organize and participate in marketing events like
webinars, conferences, and trade shows to promote the HRMS software.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor
offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve marketing
efforts.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO,
email marketing, and paid ads.
Client
Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients by offering
after-sales support and handling inquiries or issues.
- Maintain regular contact with key accounts to ensure
customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team
to ensure smooth software implementation.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product and technical teams to
understand the software’s features and benefits fully.
- Provide feedback from clients to the development team
to drive product improvements.
Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably
in the software industry or HRMS domain.
- Familiarity with HRMS software or SaaS products is an
added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and digital marketing
tools.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.
