About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist at Ultrabyte International Pvt. Ltd. located in Maitidevi, Kathmandu. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing the company's marketing strategies, generating leads, building relationships with customers, providing training to customers, and managing the sales team. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work closely with the IT team to monitor and report on customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service and sales
Knowledge of sales management
Ability to provide training to customers and sales team.
Experience in the IT Industry / Ad Agency / Digital Marketing Agency is a Mandatory.
Knowledge of strategic communications principles.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technology, business, or marketing field
Minimum of 1 Year of experience in the sales and marketing fields in the IT/ Digital Marketing Industry.
Two Wheeler Vehicle is mandatory

Salary Range: Upto 45,000/- + Incentive.
