Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the resort's market share, promoting the resort’s services, and enhancing brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to promote the resort’s services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the resort.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
