Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting the travel and tour company's products and services, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships. They will develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients, as well as maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners to generate sales opportunities.
  • Create compelling marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and online content to showcase the company's offerings.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote travel packages and services.
  • Manage social media platforms, including creating content and engaging with followers.
  • Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing offerings and develop new travel packages or services based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
  • Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
