Nepal Lawyer Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic candidates who has experience in sales and marketing field.

Resonsibilities:

Managing organizational sales & marketing campaigns by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with our web platform and providing outstanding customer service.
Must have positive attitude and Excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-initiative, self-motivated, result oriented Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
Be able to perform multi-tasking environment project with ability to quickly prioritize and organize
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Collaborate with other team members.
Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Excellent communication skills both orally and written
Two years of working experience in a related field
Proficiency with computer programs, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute (English)
Friendly and strong commitment to customer service
Copywriting and graphic/digital design experience preferred
Meet, communicate, and coordinate with clients
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, and result oriented
Proven work experience in the sales & marketing sector
record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Dedication to providing great customer service
Ability to lead a sales team
Honest, goal-oriented, and team player

Salary Range: 20,000 to 60,000 (Based on skill set) or Negotiable

Preference will be given to candidates having valid 2-wheeler Driving Licenses and own vehicles. Paid training will be provided.
