Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Handle customer enquiries
Coordinate with distributors and dealers to fulfil their requirements and enquiries promptly
Provide pricing and quotation to the customer
Collect new customer's data and entry on software
Confirm orders with customers and coordinate with warehouse for dispatch
Advise customers about new offers and new product launch
Handle social media postings
Organize social events like exhibition, dealer's meeting, seminars

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Should be able to work under pressure and be able to work in team
Should have good communication skills
Should be able to use MS Excel and use company's ERP software
Experience of digital marketing and basic photo editing skills will be highly considered
Experience in agriculture industry will be highly considered
