Job Description

  • Handle customer enquiries 
  • Coordinate with distributors and dealers to fulfil their requirements and enquiries promptly
  • Provide pricing and quotation to the customer
  • Collect new customer's data and entry on software 
  • Confirm orders with customers and coordinate with warehouse for dispatch
  • Advise customers about new offers and new product launch
  • Handle social media postings 
  • Organize social events like exhibition, dealer's meeting, seminars
