The role of the Sales & Marketing Officer will be to support achieving minimum monthly sales targets,  discovering innovative growth ideas and executing them to strongly expand the Brand’s reach and sales  across Nepal and internationally as well. 

The role will be based in the office premises of Panipokhari (Kathmandu). 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee monthly digital presence, ensuring regular, engaging content is being uploaded (IT team  for content creation will be separately available) 
• Plan and execute a minimum of one (online) engagement activity per month and one physical  activity per year 
• Approach corporate clientele for bulk orders 
• Explore creative ways to increase sales. 
• Explore local and international markets for expansion. 

Compensation: 

• The commencing salary for this role is base NPR 20,000 plus food, travel and communication  allowance of NPR 5000 – a total of NPR 25,000 net per month* (6 working days per week; work  hours 9:30 am to 5:30 pm) 

           *Negotiable starting salary based on experience 

• Commission rates for sales generated by the Sales Officer 

                    a. Up to NPR 500,000 – 2.5% 
                    b. NPR 500,001 to 15,00,000 – 3% 
                    c. Above 15,00,001 – 3.5% 

• For sales from channels introduced by other parties (and finalized by Sales officer) – 25% of the above  commission will be allocated to the Sales Officer. 

Performance based revision of compensation can be done at the end of a 3-month probation period.
