Job Description

  • Developing and implementing sales policies and best practice guides for the Application, organization, service provider and customer
  • Designing training programs and workshops rellated to sales  for related staff and service providers
  • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
  • Sales forecasting, Planning, Policy Making, strategy formulation and development of service provider network
  • Market research and Market trend for On-demand service application
  • Monitoring business growth and application review from customers
  • Problems solving in every state of business model (On-demand application business model)
  • Business planning like Provider commission, Salary planning, Marketing planning, long-term vision statement
  • To lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve targeted service sales
  • Handle customer complaints (review through application) and ensure it is resolved timely
  • Weekly reporting and other duties as assigned by seniors
