The Sales and Marketing Lead must have expertise and knowledge in IT discipline and is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads. This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential! The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating sales/ marketing plan that will generate leads for inbound/outbound calling.

Qualification 

  • BSc/BA/M.Sc. ITM/MMM or master’s degree in marketing, computer science or relevant field 
  • Proven marketing campaign experience
  • More than 1 years of sales experience
  • Prior experience of working with government institutions, familiarity with government working /reporting processes and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning subject matter.

  • Excellent oral ,written and interpersonal skills
  • Remain current on trends and markets related to AI software and computational hardware.
  • Meets sales goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrates product knowledge for Artificial Intelligence and software development specific solution, market, and competitive intelligence.

  • Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements. 
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and grow innovative technology products.
  • Demonstrated track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content for technical products.
  • The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
  • Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.


Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for marketing of software and/or services, including effectively prospecting to search new customers.
  • Initiates contact with prospective customers in the hotels, hospitals and medicine, transportation, banking, education and e-commerce (Online Customer Support) to sell targeted software products and/or services.
  • Works as a lead of marketing and sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
  • Prepares and presents proposals to clients - utilizing AI powered software resources and tools.
  • Provide ongoing tuning for messaging and the targeting customers, conduct experiments to learn about how customers think about and adopt AI powered digital team mate software, build our cross-sell strategy with the customers, and generally improve how we help customers get more benefit from AI based platform.
  • Develop the strategic market approach and business case for new AI offerings.
  • Negotiates, structures, and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations, utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
  • Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings 
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence and performance on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.) and have in-depth knowledge in these platforms.
  • Priority will be given to candidate demonstrating experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns and promotions for brand awareness.
