  • Candidates should have Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience (Preference will be given to candidates having work experience in tourism or hospitality industry)
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill with highly personable and friendly approach and good listening attitude for resolving customers problem and suggestions
  • Creative thinking in introducing innovative approach in promoting products and overall company brand name and sales
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver high quality presentation documents both in English and Nepali

Job Description

  • Drives the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, implementing procedures and activities to compile client feedback
  • Responsible for overall sales & marketing of Company’s product and services
  • Responsible for managing Dealer network
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share through different channels
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, customer service and operations departments.
  • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget
  • Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Planning and collaborating with influencers for boosting brand and sales.
  • Must have strong portfolio of leading organization in digital platform and generating leads/sales.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
  • Collaborate with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee all marketing, advertising, sales and promotional activities
