Job Description

A prestigious 4-star hotel in Birgunj is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within star hotels, NGOs, or INGOs and corporate houses, demonstrating exceptional strategic thinking and leadership abilities. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing market presence, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase sales targets by approaching to the corporate companies, local, province and federal authorities, NGO, INGOs etc.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Supervise sales officers and provide leadership to the sales team.
  • Determine plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results to increase company profit.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales, and projecting expected sales volumes and profits.
  • Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, competitors, and influences for forward improvements.
  • Create reports on sales performance and update action plans and financial objectives.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Attend all department meetings.
  • Achieve sales growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Provide training and leadership to the sales team to ensure peak performance.
