Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales And Marketing Head in New Business Age (P) Ltd. shall be responsible for planning and executing new ideas for increasing overall business, particularly sales (advertisement and copy sales) of the company. Specifically, he/she shall carry out following activities:

Lead, manage, coach the Sales & Marketing and Circulation teams of New Business Age (P) Ltd. in planning and execution of their activities (including organizing various events) so as to enhance the brand image of the company and its products and maximize company’s revenue and profit.
Prepare and implement effective organizational structure and reporting/surveillance systems of the Sales & Marketing and Circulation team at the head office and at provincial and local levels so as to meet and exceed the revenue and profit target of the company.
Recommend to the CEO steps to be taken by the company so as to help the Sales & Marketing team to meet and exceed the said target.
