Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive – Real Estate to join our dynamic team at Lalpurja Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Our company is on an ambitious journey with the aim of being listed in an IPO within the next 7 years and establishing a strong global presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, delivering exceptional service while maintaining a deep knowledge of the real estate market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and financial capabilities. Provide expert advice and guidance on the current market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
Property Listings: Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions. Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase properties to potential buyers or renters.
Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, striving to reach agreements that satisfy all parties. Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and relevant documentation to close deals efficiently.
Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values, ensuring clients receive fair and competitive prices. Stay updated on local and national real estate market trends, economic conditions, and new regulations.
Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process, from contract signing to closing, ensuring all legal documents are completed accurately and on time. Coordinate with lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the transaction.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Provide after-sales services, including assistance with property management, maintenance, and additional real estate needs.
Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all dealings.

Working Conditions: The Real Estate Agent will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules. The role involves travel within the assigned area to meet with clients and view properties.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary shall be between 18k - 40k as per the candidate's experience.
Competitive commission-based compensation structure of up to 30%, with additional incentives for top performers. Benefits include ongoing professional development opportunities and support from an experienced team.
