Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the sales and reservation operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and reservation strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and reservation executives, providing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with valued clients and partners.
  • Monitor sales and reservation performance and provide regular reports to management team. 
  • Stay on top of the latest market trends and conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote effectively.
  • Manage customer reservations and bookings
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of reservations and bookings. 
  • Handle and respond any escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints via phone, email,   and chat. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of sales reports.
