Job Description

Main Duties/ Responsibilities related to sales:

  • Assisting customers and providing product information
  • Servicing of accounts –local and international
  • Providing rates/quotes
  • Store management
  • Coordinate stock for showroom with warehouse
  • Assist other team members on the sales floor
  • Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers 
  • Recruiting and training  sales representatives and other team members 
  • Addressing any customer queries or complaints 
  • Maintaining an accurate and detailed sales record 
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to the higher management 
  • Attend meetings as directed by the Manager
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales targets 
  • Making cold calls to attract potential customers 

Main Duties/ Responsibilities related to marketing:

  • Research key accounts
  • Networking and expanding market
  • Developing various promotional activities 
  • Researching current market trends and making a note of customer requirements 
  • Reviewing competitor product offerings 
  • Developing effective sales strategies
