Profile Summary: 

The post holder has the responsibility of assisting the superiors in formulation of the sales proposition, project brief and costing of projects based on market feedback and information. He shall have to work with agents, vendors, to establish connection for the business.

Responsibilities: 

• Achieving full sales by advertising, conducting tours, drafting necessary paper works, negotiating land price.
• Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence 
• Updating knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management
• Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events. 
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, contractors and other concerned authorities 
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
