Job Description

Yashkara Group, manufacturer and distributor of Frova Sparkling Water in Nepal, is hiring Sales and Marketing Officer to grow our market in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur.

Purpose of the Role

To generate sales and expand Frova Sparkling Water’s market share by actively visiting and securing retail, wholesale, and hospitality clients, maintaining strong relationships, and meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Actively visit retail shops, wholesalers, marts, hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
Promote Frova Sparkling Water products, highlight unique selling points, and handle customer objections.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Open new outlets and ensure repeat orders from existing clients.
Collect payments and ensure compliance with credit terms.
Maintain accurate daily sales and visit reports.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
