Job Description

Agra Industries Private Limited has successfully prototyped paper made from the agro waste of Broom Grass, named Khoriya Co. Kagaj, and plans to set up a community-run factory in the rural municipality to produce brooms and paper. This will provide employment opportunities, encourage other households to plant broom grass for income, and contribute to the local economy. The project aims to be replicated in other parts of the country to address climate change, disaster, and poverty while promoting social entrepreneurship, a circular green economy, and zero waste.

  • Contract: 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business development through Approvals and corporate/ Projects Sales
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all the company’s products
  • Market Analysis - Competitors
  • Schedule sales activity
  • Follow up on sales activity
  • Develop and maintain a customer database
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Maintain Daily sales and marketing activity records and prepare sales reports
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
  • Participate in sales events
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and Business development
  • Maintain document sales invoices, delivery notes, and payment receipts
  • Meet the monthly sales target
  • Collects payments & receipts
  • Deposit the cheque in the Bank as required
  • Collecting & giving required documents to the clients
  • Perform all other organizational activities that are required.
