Job Description

An authorized representative company in Nepal is looking for a young dynamic, result oriented personals for the post of sales and marketing officer for the company. 

The person will be responsible for handing all the media and marketing of the company. Develop add and news for the media marketing of the product. Media coordination, media handling. 

Market Research: 

  • Conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape. Gathering data and analyzing market conditions to develop effective marketing strategies.

Lead Generation:

  • Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and attending networking events. Qualifying leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.

Sales Presentations: 

  • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients. Highlighting the unique selling points and benefits of the products or services offered by the company.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

Marketing Campaigns: 

  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns. Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling content, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Sales Reporting:

  • Tracking and analyzing sales data, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, revenue, and customer acquisition costs.
  •  Generating reports and providing insights to management to optimize sales strategies.

Collaboration: 

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. 
  • Sharing market insights and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.

CRM Management: 

  • Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in excel to manage customer information, track sales activities, and maintain accurate sales records.

Professional Development:

  • Staying updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Actively participating in training programs and seeking opportunities for self-improvement.

Goal Achievement: 

  • Setting sales targets and working towards meeting or exceeding them. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Quality Assurance: 

  • Should have knowledge regarding promotional items and manage promotional items as per the requirements.
