Job Description

K.D. Shoes Industries is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality footwear in Nepal. With a strong commitment to innovation, durability, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team to enhance our market presence and streamline our operations. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Dispatch Manager to lead our sales team and oversee product dispatch across the country and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management of Finished Goods

  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels of finished goods.
  • Ensure proper warehousing, storage, and dispatch practices.
  • Regularly update inventory records and report stock status to management.

Order Management

  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Ensure order confirmations and delivery schedules are communicated effectively.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relations with both new and existing customers.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Support sales growth through customer satisfaction and retention.

Coordination with Production Manager

  • Align sales and dispatch schedules with production capacity.
  • Ensure smooth flow of goods from production to dispatch.
  • Communicate order forecasts and urgent requirements to production.

Coordination with Business Development Manager

  • Work closely with the business development team to identify new opportunities.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to innovative ideas for sales and business development initiatives.
