Job Description

Tour correspondence executive (Sales Executive) is responsible for correspondence concerning inbound tours; to provide information to agents and clients, communicate with multiple parties, working with hotels, airlines and other travel Industry related companies, in order to execute client requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Corresponding with inquiries, partners and agents
  • Developing and customizing tour itineraries ensuring that all the requirements of our clients are met
  • Understanding the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) interface and managing bookings
  • Coordinating with hotels/suppliers/associates in getting the bookings confirmed
  • Providing general and specific advice about different travel destinations and activities
  • Advising clients on travel arrangements like visas and passports
  • Planning and development of marketing promotions
  • Maintain coordination & good communication with Clients from various local and international agencies
