Job Description

  • Take order from the stores and maintain proper documentation
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Enter all the sales in the software to maintain database
  • Use software to monitor status of inventory & Analyze data to anticipate future needs
  • Report to purchase department on stock levels, issues, new requirement etc. to avoid insufficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Follow-up for payment
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Regular follow up with the stores to analyze the need, competitive rate analysis, and to know the market trend
