Qualification and Experience: 

  • BSc. MIT/MSc. MIT
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry/Master’s degree in Medical Biochemistry 
  • At least 3 years’ work experience in CT, Cath & MR

Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:

  • A solid technical background on CT, Cath and MRI System
  • In depth knowledge of Radiological Physics, Equipment, Principles, Patient Care, Siemens computer systems and user interface, software, with the ability to adequately operate and basic troubleshoot
  • Must be able to fluently communicate in English written and spoken
  • Analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with various individuals and teams
  • Understanding/ability to maintain practices of top-level confidentiality

Job Description

  • Conduct various application supports and assist in handing over the system
  • Follow-up support for the recently installed systems and optimize the scan protocols, exam sets and sequences for the better functionality and  utilization of the scanner
  • Conduct CME on  the latest innovation and technologies
  • Conduct CME on refresher course on CT, MRI and Cath procedures
  • Develop, prepare and travel to customer sites to conduct demonstrations and presentations to existing customers/dealers and prospective customers/dealers
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to the customers/distributors
  • Conduct sales visit and expanding the client network by converting business
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, retain business and generate business
  • Acquiring customers through cold callings and direct sales technique
  • Contributing in increasing the profitability of the business
  • Managing the team and setting targets to achieve sales goals
  • Effective and tight in collection, backed up by signed contract
  • Constant Market research and advice to management
  • Evaluate performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements
  • Address business inquiries from customers and team members in a professional manner
  • Recommend cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality
  • Provide guidance and supervision to team members and monitor their performance, discipline and attendance on regular basis
  • Receive and review requests for information and proposals or quotes
  • Assist in the negotiation of contract agreement between the Company and customers/distributors
  • Report to the customer/distributor the actions taken to correct issues and complaints
  • Maintain and update accurate inventory of marketing and demonstration products for all Rapid Response marketing and sales materials as may be required for distribution to current and potential customers/dealers
