Karkhana is an education company that designs learning experiences for middle-school students. As an education based makerspace, Karkhana promotes co-curricular, extra- curricular. hands- on learning opportunities that are designed to foster major 21st century skills: Communication, Collabora tion, Critical Thinking and Creativity. These skills are embedded within making-based activities on varied concepts from Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) designed by Karkhana's educators. The overarching approach and insight that Karkhana aims to transfer to students is that the world is malleable. With a teachi ng team that includes engineers. designers, artists and scientists, Karkhana wants its students to believe classrooms are more than an enclosure surrounded by four walls- that in fac t a classroom is a lab for discovery.
Karkhana Innovator’s club (KIC) is an after- school enrichment program designed to stimulate creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, risk- taking and making skills necessary for innovation. Students are presented with challenges at the beginning of every KIC session through interesting prompts and are guided towards solving the challenge throughout the session. Students exhibit their works to conclude the session, receiving feedback from their peers, parents and teachers.

What is Public Relations team?
Public Relations team exists between Karkhana and the outside world. The team is responsible to create, manage and improve communication channels.
About the Role:
As a Sales Advisor, your responsibility will be I. to make schools and parents aware of the benefits of Karkhana’s education products and services. II. to help schools and parents figure out ways to finance the purchase of Karkhana’s education products and service III. to understand the needs of our client schools and communicate them to our leadership so that they can build new products
We are looking for energetic, bright and resourceful candidates for this position. Our ideal candidate is between the age of 21- 30, enjoys having conversations with strangers, is good at bargaining/negotiation and wants to use their skills to make the Nepali education system more innovative.
The remuneration for the Sales Expert will be comparable to the market rate and also based on past experience. The remuneration will consist of a monthly salary, sales bonuses, and benefits such as provident fund, insurance etc.
