The Company has two divisions, i.e. Electrical and Electronics. Under Electrical, the Company is Nepal’s Sole Authorized Distributor of ABC Transformer Private Limited, India and mainly engaged in the supplying/trading of Transformers, Stabilizers and other allied electrical appliances to various Industries and Power houses.

Under Electronics division, the company is authorized distributor of Hyundai Electronics, South Korea and is mainly engaged in trading of all white goods like, Air conditioners, Refrigerators, Chest Freezers, Washing Machines, Coolers, and Water Heaters etc.

Job Description

  • The Candidate will be responsible for preparing daily sales order on the basis of sales order request from sales persons
  • The Candidate will analyze sales order request and provide insights to management to help them make decisions regarding sales order approval
  • The Candidate will provide advice to management on outstanding receivables matters
  • Regular Review of debtors outstanding balance and inform to respective sales person and country sales head
  • Managing the company's cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting for cash flow needs.
  • Preparation of MIS report of debtors ageing
  • Follow up for collection of outstanding receivables
  • Acting as a point of contact for all sales related issues
  • Preparing and reviewing ledger balances, monthly accounts and financial reports
  • Maintaining and monitoring the sales flow, collection flow etc.
