  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication (English/Nepali) and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

Note: Two-wheeler and driving license is must


Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. Monthly, Quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to Plan for achievement of monthly / annual sales target 
  • Monitor prices and new products regularly
  • Ensure the expansion of market and increase in sales
  • Visit customers on a regular basis and canvass for new customers
  • Follow-up on leads, prospects, and customer related matters 
  • Coordinate with Order Loading (Licensing), Accounts and Technical to ensure on time customer service
  • Coordinate with Technical and Product Development Teams for customized orders 
  • Provide competitor information to management on a regular basis
  • Provide options for expansion of sales
  • Identify and report new and changing customer requirements on products
  • Provide information on key product sales
  • Provide KPI progress information on a weekly basis
  • Attend to customer complaints on products and services 
  • Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns
  • Provide information on outstanding dues to the finance department and coordinate
