Job Description

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

  • Plan for achievement of monthly / annual sales target
  • Monitor prices and new products regularly
  • Ensure the expansion of market and increase in sales
  • Visit customers on a regular basis and canvass for new customers
  • Follow-up on leads, prospects and customer related matters
  • Coordinate with Order Loading, Accounts and Technical to ensure on time customer service
  • Coordinate with Technical and Product Development Teams for customized orders
  • Provide competitor information to management on a regular basis
  • Provide options for expansion of sales
  • Identify and report new and changing customer requirements on products
  • Provide information on key product sales
  • Provide KPI progress information on a weekly basis
  • Attend to customer complaints on products and services
  • Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns
  • Follow-up outstanding dues of customers, and ensure collections are made on time
  • Provide information on outstanding dues to the finance department and coordinate
