Job Description

Safety Officer shall be responsible to conduct inspections/audits of workplaces, equipment, machinery and processes to make sure they are safe, assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations. Assist with the investigation of accidents and unsafe working conditions of the Sub-Contractor, study possible causes and recommend remedial action.

Minimum Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a Hydropower project or related field
Thorough knowledge of construction related safety protocols and possible hazards
Strong interpersonal skills
Professional proficiency in the English language
Willing to work and reside at site
Strong report writing skills
