Gutter/ Trims/ Flashing making on press brake machine
Knowledge of roll forming sheet cutting layout making
Experience of sheet bending & curving machine work/ operation
Knowledge of CNC machine NC codes
Knowledge of drawing reading

Job Description

Execution of roll forming machine as per shipper & provided plan
Coil stock & coil usage record maintenance with minimum wastage
Machine maintenance & preventive machine of roll forming machine
Shifting of sheet and making of Gutter/ Trims/ Flashing and Down spouts
After rolling placement of Part marks on pre decided places in good manners ( proper stacking).
