Job Description

The Retail Sales In-charge will assist in day-to-day activities, maintain and develop customer relationships and uphold Marina Vaptzarova Standards, as well as:

Ensure high level of customer service
Ensure shop and products are kept clean and in good condition
Good display of products
Maintain high product knowledge and be able to explain to clients
Handle customer requests
Manage stock levels and orders from workshop
Be responsible for the submission of correct daily accounts

The ideal candidate must fulfill the below requirements and be able to work according to our shop hours (11am-8pm), weekends and public holidays according to a shift roster. Once weekly day off, 4 days in Dashain and 2 days in Tihar.
