We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Retail Salesperson to join our team at our Samakhushi showroom. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about sales, skilled in engaging walk-in customers, and capable of delivering a high standard of service throughout the sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to enhance customer knowledge.
Prepare quotations and diligently follow up with clients to facilitate successful sales closures.
Maintain outstanding customer service to foster repeat business and client loyalty.
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Develop and nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, and contractors.
Keep detailed records of visitors, ongoing projects, and key specifiers to streamline operations.
Assist in documentation, billing, and effectively handle customer queries.
Collaborate closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure seamless deliveries.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for showroom upkeep and presentation.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the home improvement or interior design sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic knowledge of marble and stone products is an advantage.

Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
