Job Profile

“Retail Sales Officer” will be responsible for Merchant Activation, Visibility and Merchant Enrollment.

Retail Sales Officer must be self-driven, motivated and result oriented professional.

Number of Requirements: 03 (1 in each location )

Job Responsibilities:

Work with strategy team, agencies involved with Fonepay
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with banks and other clients
Identifying new and potential Merchants; and generating leads for the company.
Enrollment and re-activation of the merchants to increase the monthly transactions.
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with Merchants.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products in regional market.
Make cold calls and visits to potential merchants, understand the merchant’s requirement, and demonstrate the company’s product features.
Plan and strive for achieving target assigned.
Reporting on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis regarding the promotions done, number of merchants enrolled and other activities as per business need.
Managing, mentoring vendors as well as verify the tasks assigned to team members.
Collaborating with other departments for the smooth operations in-order to achieve the target.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management or relevant degree
Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in sales at FMCG or relevant industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact.
Must have two-wheeler/license.
