Job Description

Serves customers by helping them select products.
Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Regularly follow the Apple seed application and get the new update about the new devices and go through the exams.
Helps to achieve sales target of the store.
Maintaining record of inter-branch sales and purchase via software.
Prepare daily sales report and send to higher management on a daily basis.
Be punctual with the working hours and be in formal attires.
Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
Responds to customers’ questions promptly and building rapport.
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records into the software.
Manages financial transactions.
Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
Alerts management of potential security issues.
Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
